“Great stay, but some areas of property need renovation. (Bathroom was quite small and could use more storage space) Also parking areas around back of hotel could have better lighting at night. Staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Good central location. The room was kept very clean. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the room was fairly spacious and had lots of storage for clothing etc.”

“Rooms dated. Very dark. Lighting very poor. Need to go to each light to turn on. Cups and water glasses never changed. Breakfast ok but maybe some other breads bagels, tea biscuits. Croissants stale. Staff however very friendly”

“Room was great, clean and newly renovated. Had a coffee maker and microwave and a/c. There is a local pub attached to the hotel that serves food and a resturant a couple blocks away.”

“This is nothing like your old super 8’s. It’s been updated and room was clean and large. Breakfast is good, with fresh waffles, muffins, French toast and lots more. Good coffee too. Staff are friendly and helpful”

“This property is aptly named - The Old Mill Motel. I would add one more word to the name, “VERY” Old and it is in need of either tearing down or a majorly expensive update! The only good thing about the room was a comfy bed, when really, if you are on a really tight budget, that’s all that matters. The problem is there is little to choose from in Blind River. The room was clean, but as basic as you can get. Room 21 appears to be sinking in the middle, as there is a definite slope to the room!……
